🎙️ Speakers

Dr. Andreea D. Vanacker

Andreea is an entrepreneur, an international speaker, and an author. Her insights have been featured in Forbes, Fast Company, Insider, La Presse, and National Post on topics that inspire leaders to create human-centric organizations and individuals to thrive. Andreea holds a Ph.D. in Economics, degrees in International Business and Finance, and speaks four languages. She has managed multi-million dollar businesses with global teams and she has done business in over 50 countries. Her work focuses on finding synergies between neuroscience, positive psychology, leadership, human resilience, joy, and purpose.  She is the founder of One Million Years of Joy, a global project on joy, a podcast, and a future documentary on how people experience joy in their lifetimes.

Christophe Fauconnier

Christophe is the founder and chair of Innate Motion, the humanizing business company. He's an organizational psychologist who works with leadership teams of the top Fortune 500 companies. He is also a serial entrepreneur starting businesses in diverse sectors like sports, transport, digital healthcare, advisory, and more. His work at Innate Motion mainly focuses on shaping organizational visions toward human and business growth, crafting brands and cultures for life, and helping organizations design programs to welcome change and be more future-ready.  He plays a pioneering role in business communities like B Corp, the Regenerative Alliance, and the B-for-good leaders, always exploring with others how to use the magic power of humanity and business to the greater benefit of people and the planet.

Florent Coudyser

Florent is the founder of Smlin. As the Founder of weflow consulting, he collaborated one-on-one with 150+ founders/companies (such as WeTransfer, Zenjob, Foodles, Channable, and TicketSwap) as a strategic and operational partner. Helping scaleups launch in new markets like the Netherlands, France, and Germany while building up necessary teams across Europe. Florent is the Founder of multiple companies and his latest endeavor is Smlin, whose aim is to help companies create workplaces where employees feel good—one genuine smile at a time. He'll achieve this by bringing together purpose-driven founders, giving them a 

network of support and like-minded individuals, and creating a resource hub to inspire, activate, and provide wisdom. He was featured on the Silicon Canals a few weeks ago.
